There are many definitions of AI. The media, along with the industry, has thrown anything related to automation into the vast AI bucket. Today, AI refers to automation that is driven through logic (specific set of rules and data), and also the generative AI which aims to make decisions like a human brain where it does not use a set of rules but learns from previously used context to create new context on its own. Then there is the whole conversation on ethical use of AI, impact on jobs and work force, privacy and data protection concerns, and much more.

As business leaders we have to digest much of this information and make choices (human decision and not AI to make that choice for us) where we want to take advantage of the latest technologies to help fuel growth, reduce staff burden, improve accuracy, and stay competitive.

In this session, we will share with you practical, easy to deploy, automation solutions that you can leverage today. Best of all, these examples use your existing business applications and do not require large resource and financial investments.
