Heidi Cosio is Founder & Principal Consultant at Commercial Strategy Alchemist. She is a hospitality executive leader with a proven ability to build and retain teams, drive positive results for underperforming assets, and develop industry leading tools and procedures on a global scale. Skilled in leading teams of 200+ commercial professionals, Heidi has extensive experience in launching employee resource groups, dedicated to elevating women in the workforce. With a bachelor’s degree in Restaurant, Hotel, Institutional Management from Texas Tech University, her current passion is guiding core values, visions, and long-term goals commercial strategy while enabling a properly functioning revenue cycle process. She was recently named one of the Top 25 Most Extraordinary Sales and Marketing Minds in Hospitality and Travel by HSMAI. During her career, she has been most honored for being a founding member and co-chair for A.W.E - Aimbridge Women Excelling, spearheading the connections network and encouraging women to push themselves further in their careers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time as a boy Mom, walking her dogs, and baking.
