    Next Generation AI Agents & CX with PolyAI

    Discussion of all things about Conversational AI and Voice AI.

The overall goal of this presentation is for attendees to walk away with a better understanding of how Voice AI can impact and transform how your company communicates with your customers.

 

Justin is a seasoned professional who brings over 20 years of valuable experience in the CX industry to his role as Channel Lead for Partnerships at PolyAI. Throughout his career he has held key positions in Sales, Management, Director and Vice President while gaining a comprehensive understanding of the CX industry’s various facets. With PolyAI his primary objective is to optimize the customer journey & experience.
