    TOPIC

Addressing The Operational Challenges of Today and Tomorrow

Brandon will be discussing the need for creative leadership and utilization of hospitality technology to address the operational challenges of today and tomorrow.

Brandon Reed is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience within the Hospitality Industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from UNLV; completed a semester at the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland in Food and Beverage Mgt; and has certifications from Cornell University in Real Estate Asset Management, Advanced Revenue Management, and F&B Operations. His career has taken him all over the United States working for three five diamond, two five star, and one Relais and Chateaux property. These properties ranged in size from a 30-room inn to a 7000-room casino resort campus.

Due to Brandon’s unique experience as an operational leader in all aspects of the Hotel Industry as well as his strong financial acumen, he is often called upon by former colleagues to turn around distressed assets; under-performing divisions; and help with openings and expansions. Brandon has earned the moniker from his colleagues as “The Bulldog” because of his ability to get things done and he is laser focused on maximizing and expediting ROI for the investors and owners.
