    TOPIC
    ChatGPT and the Future of Hospitality

     

     

Dr. Lineros will discuss Generative Artificial Intelligence like ChatGPT and will present numerous opportunities and risks for the hospitality industry. He will examine some of GAI's inherent characteristics and the key to exploiting its potential in relation to what it can do, can't do, and aspires to do.  

 
Dr. Lineros teaches information systems and advanced analytics at the University of North Texas. His certifications include CPA, CISA, CIA, CRISC, CSX, CFE, and is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. He has published in various journals including the Journal of Emerging Technology in Accounting, the ISACA Journal, and the Community College Journal of Research and Practice. Currently, he is president of the North Texas Chapter of ISACA (Information Systems and Control Association) with over 4,000 members.
