    Hotel Operations Benchmarking in Action

     

     

In this session, participants will learn about current hotel industry trends, steps in the operational benchmarking model, and tracking metrics to make actionable decisions to increase profitability.
 
Tanya Venegas, MBA, MHM is the Global Head of Customer Success for HotStats, a monthly profit-and-loss data benchmarking platform. In this role she leads the Customer Success team in providing outstanding customer service to HotStats clients. Prior to joining HotStats, Tanya was the Executive Director and HFTP Fellow of the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals Research Institute at the University of Houston Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management. Tanya regularly speaks at industry events and has written numerous articles for global hospitality finance and technology publications.
