    Developing A Leader Within You

     

     

Olya will present topics based on John Maxwell's book Developing A Leader Within You 2.0.

The presentation will focus on 3 chapters: Personal Growth, Serving People, and Creating Positive Change.

Her goal is to inspire attendees to be the positive change they want to see and have the actionable steps to do it!

 
Olya Brase is an innovative, influential, and strategic Executive, Board Member, and Thought Leader who drives revenue growth and business transformations through execution of M&A integrations, scaling, organizational leadership, business optimizations, and process improvements utilizing emerging technologies, including robotics and process automation.

Currently serving as a VP of Shared Services and Process Optimization, Olya is building a strong Shared Services function to support the growth of Roots Management Group, creating positive change through the company’s mission to help increase availability of best-in-class housing people can afford.

Prior to Roots, Ms. Brase established a successful SOC1 program and successfully led the post-merger integration of third-party hotel management industry leaders Aimbridge Hospitality and Interstate Hotels & Resorts.
