What is the next standard in awareness and safety?

Contactless. Autonomous. Automated. These are just a few of the new terms filtering their way into hospitality. What might that experience look like? How invasive is it? And when will this become mainstream? Most importantly, how do you prepare and budget for it.

Don Bahlman, CEO and Co-Founder of iOpen Innovations: Don is a 30+ year veteran in digital media and technology. His work has been seen on CNN, MTV, the Discovery Channel and in Forbes Magazine. His experience spans from startup to enterprise-level. And has engaged in projects for: IBM, Dubai RTA, the Port of Rotterdam, NASA Life Sciences, and Mayo Clinic. He is now building his fourth startup into a leader in hotel technology. iOpen provides a solution that delivers unique insight into both hotelier and guest experience; to assist, not get in the way. By putting user experience first, his team is poised to create the new standard in safety and awareness.

Jessica Bahlman: Wife, Educator, Thinker, Strategist, and Entrepreneur: As an educator, Jessica led and coordinated tours for students traveling abroad, from Asia across Europe and North America. She built an organization with a team of over 100 in her previous marketing endeavor. Currently, as CMO of iOpen Innovations, she drives her startup into a strong social media presence, leads the brand management, and product-to-market fit. And continuously aligns with the fast-paced disruptions sweeping across technology and hospitality. Jessica brings a truly international and inclusive perspective; encouraging women of all backgrounds to succeed.
