Kelly Maxwell is Vaco's Director, Accounting and Finance. Kelly leads the direct hire search practice in the Dallas, TX market. She brings more than 10 years of experience, specializing in both recruiting and business development, placing candidates across multiple industries. She currently services multiple Fortune 100 clients focusing on talent within accounting, finance, technical accounting, tax, audit and other specialty areas. Kelly has her MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Human Resources/Organizational Behavior from University of North Texas.

Donna Mcllveen is Vaco's Managing Director, Executive Search. Donna leads the direct hire search practice in the San Antonio, TX market. She has experience in the human capital management field as a seasoned consultant, recruiter, strategist, resource manager, trainer and coach with foundational executive leadership experience in highly competitive corporate environments. Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University. In addition, she is a Certified Management Practitioner (CMP), Certified Coach Facilitator and a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), held by only the top 1% of the industry.
