TOPIC: Embrace your Superpowers - Using DISC in Managing Your Team

Olya Brase joined Aimbridge in 2017 with the TMI Hospitality Acquisition. Olya is responsible for leading Aimbridge’s successful SOC1 program, internal audit, and onboarding/offboarding functions. She also volunteers as a Development Committee Leader for WLEAD using her experience as a John Maxwell Leadership Team certified coach, trainer, and behavioral analyst.

While at TMI Hospitality, Olya obtained certification in hotel industry analytics and owned Revenue Performance Management function, acting as a link between operations, sales, digital marketing, and revenue teams, providing assistance with analytic insights to the teams and executive leadership. Prior to joining TMI, Olya spent 10 years with ND-based Titan Machinery Inc. She joined Titan as an intern in 2006 and grew with the company as it went public in 2007. At Titan, she has held multiple positions such as staff accountant, executive business analyst, and payroll manager, assuring SOX compliance in all of them.


Presentation Goal:

Ability to identify DISC personality type and successfully use this information in team management.

Presentation Objectives:

1. Learn History & Basics of DISC
2. Learn to Identify DISC Personality Types
3. Learn how to utilize DISC in team management and development: Mini-Workshop with real life situations
